Todd Locklin, founder of The Locklin Group, brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare insurance. Widely respected in the industry and local community, Todd is known for his deep expertise and client-focused approach. He works closely with both current and prospective clients to understand their goals, budgets, and how tailored insurance solutions can drive real results for their businesses and employees.
Todd’s top priority is to educate and guide clients through the complexities of the insurance landscape. His commitment to exceptional customer service has been a cornerstone of the firm’s success, with much of his business coming from long-term relationships and client referrals. He maintains trusted partnerships with all major insurance carriers and is fully licensed and certified to consult and sell Individual business through public and private insurance exchanges, as well as certified to sell Medicare plans.
Todd and his wife Chris live in Murrysville, PA, have four grown children and four grandchildren. Todd is an avid golfer.
Kyle Locklin

Kyle Locklin has been with The Locklin Group for over 10 years, bringing strong expertise in insurance consulting and customer service. He specializes in individual insurance plans through both private and public exchanges and helps clients confidently navigate the subsidy process. Kyle is also certified and well-versed in Medicare Supplement plans, offering knowledgeable guidance to clients exploring their healthcare options.
Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Kelsey, live in Ligonier, PA with their dog -Ragnar.
Pam Piskurich
Office Manager
Pam Piskurich has been a vital part of The Locklin Group since nearly the beginning. She began her insurance career at Penn Mutual, where she first met Todd Locklin, and soon joined him in building The Locklin Group. With deep knowledge of the inner workings of a fast-paced insurance office, Pam is highly respected by both clients and carriers for her efficiency, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Her strong relationships and expertise allow her to get insurance plans set up quickly and resolve issues with speed and precision. Pam ensures the day-to-day operations of The Locklin Group run smoothly and continues to be a trusted resource for clients and partners alike.
Pam is a longtime resident of Shaler, PA, and proud mother of two grown sons and grandmother to three grandchildren.

Christine “Chris” Locklin joined Locklin Group following a successful career in corporate executive management and sales. With experience working across a range of industries—including healthcare —Chris has built a reputation for cultivating strong, lasting relationships and delivering client-focused solutions.
Now bringing her expertise to the family business, Chris leads the marketing efforts at The Locklin Group, where she oversees advertising, events, campaigns, and social media. Her consultative approach and strategic mindset help connect businesses, individuals and families with the health and life insurance solutions they need. Chris and her husband, Todd, live in Murrysville, PA. They are proud parents of four grown children and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
